With breathtaking views, flexible sleeping arrangements, cosy social spaces, a games room, and a fantastic outdoor area complete with a hot tub and garden games, it’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make memories. Dog-friendly and even able to accommodate a horse with prior booking, Viewpoint Lodge is your ideal countryside escape — whether you're gathering with friends, family, or celebrating something special.

The perfect getaway for up to 16 people

With eight thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Downstairs, you’ll find five stylish bedrooms with king-size beds — four with their own en suite shower rooms and a fifth conveniently located next to a large, wheelchair-accessible wet room that includes a shower chair, ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, the layout is fun and flexible, featuring six single beds across open-plan spaces (with a curtain divider for added privacy) and a bathroom to serve the upper floor. Two of the single beds can be joined to create a king-size, and we’re happy to tailor the setup to suit your group. Please note that the upstairs is restricted head height.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided in all bedrooms for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with group stays in mind, providing everything you need for a quick breakfast or a celebratory feast. Just off the kitchen, the spacious open-plan dining and living area brings everyone together in one warm, sociable space. Enjoy relaxed meals around the large dining table, then unwind in the cosy lounge. This shared space features a log burner and underfloor heating—perfect for snug evenings, whatever the weather.

Just off the dining room, you’ll find a spacious games room that’s perfect for both laid-back afternoons and lively evenings.

Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool, or kick back in front of the 42” smart TV, complete with an Xbox One, Blu-ray player, and access to Netflix.

Whether you're keeping the kids entertained or hanging out with friends, this space adds an extra layer of fun and flexibility to your stay at Viewpoint Lodge.

The private garden offers plenty of room to unwind, and for the ultimate treat, there’s a wood-fired hot tub where you can soak in the views. Bring along your four legged friends

We know that getaways are even better when your four-legged friends can come along too — that’s why Viewpoint Lodge welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs per party. With plenty of outdoor space to explore and a handy dog shower on the ground floor, your pup will feel right at home.

And it’s not just dogs we cater for! We also have a stable that can accommodate one well-behaved, medium-sized horse, along with a paddock where they can stretch their legs. This facility must be booked in advance, so please get in touch if you'd like to bring your horse along for the ride.
